CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Children's Group Classes

1. Students and parents are welcome to observe any class before or after they enroll.
2. We offer on-going enrollment and many discounts!
3. Enrollments are only legitimate with a one month tuition deposit, this deposit reserves your space in the class. Please pay with cash or check.
4. Classes may not be paid for individually.
5. Please enroll before the first day of classes. You may come in to enroll during any studio office hours.
6. Tuition is non-refundable.
7. 30 students is the cut-off for any Children’s class.

Private Lessons

1. Children’s Private Lessons may be scheduled directly with the teacher of your child’s class. Please ask the instructor to whom the check should be written, as some of our instructors receive referrals and some do not.
2. Adult private lessons may be scheduled through a manager.
3. Private lessons for children or adults cost $48 per 50 min. lesson (plus tax). This price is the same for one or two people. There is a 5% discount when you buy a package of 5, and a 10% discount when you buy a package of 10. Please ask the manager, or your instructor, to whom the check should be written.
4. Private lessons for children already enrolled in the current semester classes receive 10% off each individual lesson! A private lesson here and there is a great way to keep your children on their toes in class!
5. Please be in contact with your private lesson instructor directly for schedule changes.
6. We do not offer refunds but your lessons never expire.
7. Please ask about our private group lessons, or about having an instructor come to your event!
8. Please keep cancellations for emergencies only. More than two cancellations may result in a cancellation charge of one-half the price of the lesson. In that event, you may pay the fee, or forfeit half of your lesson.

Shoe Orders

1. Please include your name on your order form, and include a check.
2. There are no refunds or returns on shoes.
3. Special Orders, including wide, narrow, and children’s sizes, are custom made; and can take up two months for delivery.
